Project Overview:

CЕО Office of Intellias is focused on the strategic and operational initiatives of the CEO.CEO Office is responsible for launch and implementation of the transformational initiatives focused on:

Building and evolving corporate governance, transparency, and accountability;
Seeking and building synergies between the company functions to achieve competitive advantage and operational efficiency;
Working with different stakeholders inside and outside the company to co-create and implement practices for business growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Lead projects and portfolio of projects focused on building good governance practices and internal efficiencies.
Liaison with the internal and external stakeholders to form point of view on current business challenges, seek opportunities for sustainable business growth and operational improvements.
Prepare business cases for changes and actionable plans to ensure outcome driven approach of change agenda.
Build and lead cross-functional teams, coach junior or less experienced team-members.
Advise on best practices and their practical application taking to account market dynamics and business context.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in business, being in different functions (strategy, operations, IT).
3+ years of leading roles with budget responsibility and/or responsibility to plan and implement transformational programs.
Hands on experience in leading transformational multidisciplinary projects and change management.
Building teams from scratch and leading teams, building relations with stakeholders within complex and dynamic environments.
Exposure to / experience in implementation of effective corporate governance practices.
Deep understanding of technology trends and IT outsourcing business specifics.
Visionary, practical skills of problem solving.
Strong negotiation skills, quick learner and result driven.

Nice to have:

3-5 years of Strategic consulting or Big-4 experience.
Experience of work with C-level suite.
MBA, CFA, ACCA, PMI, CBAP certified.
Hands on experience with software development and/or packaged IT solutions implementations.
