Responsibilities:

Conduct marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness in different channels;
Organize and execute branding activities;
Maintain PR campaigns and media relations (prepare press releases, pitch letters, feature articles, interviews, comments, etc.);
Cooperate with partners to maximize brand exposure;
Сreate different types of brand content (social media content, presentations, articles, etc.) and manage its distribution;
Organize events such as press conferences, webinars and ensure that our speakers attend important industry events;
Support local recruitment marketing, CSR activities, and internal communications;
Work with different stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of the local IT market;
Experience in launching and promoting the employer brand in Bulgaria;
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, other relevant field or equivalent work experience;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, previous work at an IT company would be an advantage;
Proficiency in English and Bulgarian languages, knowledge of other languages would be a plus; 
Excellent written and oral communication skills, experience in copywriting and editing;
Proactive, open-minded team player.
