- Qualify deals before entering the CRM system, ensuring alignment with Intellias objectives and capabilities;
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making during client interactions;
- Assist in crafting compelling Intellias introductions and presentations for initial client meetings;
- Review incoming documentation and assess technical feasibility in collaboration with the technical office;
- Collaborate with the legal team to identify and address any legal or contractual red flags;
- Support sales workshops to understand clients' needs and tailor proposals accordingly;
- Contribute to go/no-go decisions by evaluating the feasibility and alignment of potential deals.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, fostering a strong working relationship to enhance deal execution;
- Establish and lead a pre-sales team by selecting suitable members, facilitating effective communication, and conducting kick-off meetings;
- Oversee the creation of chat groups and selection of team members for pre-sale efforts;
- Conduct pre-sale kick-off meetings to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and roles within the team.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Lead the creation of pre-proposal documents, including case studies, profiles, and relevant materials, without pricing details;
- Collaborate with finance teams when fixed pricing is involved in deals;
- Ensure the creation of high-quality slides and presentations to effectively communicate proposals to clients;
- Take ownership of proposal development, overseeing its progress and ensuring its alignment with client needs.
Operational Excellence and Development:
- Provide guidance on JIRA functionality to improve operational efficiency;
- Assist in onboarding newcomers, including sales representatives, technical office members, and partnership stakeholders;
- Collect and analyze data for various purposes such as QBRs, end-of-year reviews, and tender-related expenses;
- Address inquiries related to Pipedrive, process workflows, and sales collateral.
Professional Growth and Team Development:
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with pre-sale team members to provide guidance, support professional growth, and establish individual development plans;
