Project Overview:

Our Talent marketing team is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, who speaks fluent marketing data language and can translate our goals into measurable conversions. We would like our future colleague to be a creative person with an analytical mindset who aims at building a strong brand using various digital channels. 

 

  • Market Research & Strategic Decision Making: Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, target audience behaviors, and competitor insights. Formulating data-driven digital marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve maximum ROI;
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Developing and implementing effective lead generation and nurturing strategies, leveraging email marketing and marketing automation tools to nurture prospects and guide them through the sales funnel;
  • Analytical Skills and Web Analytics: Utilizing strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. These insights will be pivotal in making informed decisions to shape our marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Team Development: Fostering the growth of digital marketing expertise within the team. Mentoring and training colleagues to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing initiatives;
  • Web Development Collaboration: Collaborating with web developers by providing detailed requirements and specifications for necessary changes, new features, and improvements. This collaborative effort will enhance our marketing efforts and user experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing; 
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of the recruitment and sourcing process would be advantage; 
  • Experience in marketing strategies development, campaigns’ execution, performance analyzing, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve results; 
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing channels such as SEO, PPC (Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing and website analytics tools like Google Analytics; 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate analysis into recommendations, insights, and functional production plans; 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools; 
  • Good command of English (at least Upper-Intermediate level).
Higher Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
